Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had all the amenities but were controlled by keys, which led to an out-of-order room mishap. The service was top-notch with exceptional staff members like Ram, Veena, Swapnil, and Vishal making our stay hassle-free. The location was good with easy transportation access but struggled with ineffective air conditioning. The dining offered a variety of South to North Indian dishes but had room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
